You would be responsible to support all requirements of the Sales and Marketing team and function as a liaison between field sales and internal personnel and the Customer.You will have an opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and develop your skills in sales and marketing. The position will provide you with autonomy as you will be required to complete tasks with minimal supervision working closely with several internal departments. Strong communication and Customer relationship skills, along with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills will assist the sales team in achieving our sales growth objectives.

Sales Coordinator


  • Accept incoming Customer calls and inquiries and take appropriate action when Sales Associates are not available. (Forward information to appropriate Sales Associates or appropriate departments)
  • Communicate internally with various departments as required.
  • Work with sales team, accounting, plant personnel to assist with resolving commercial issues in a timely manner.
  • Analysis of commercial issues and disputed charges
  • Debit review and collection of information to resolve disputed amounts
  • Support Sales team as required with various documents and correspondence which may include but not limited to the following:
  • Assist with quote documents
  • Writing internal or external announcements as required
  • Coordination of Customer requested information
  • Coordination and compilation of Customer Presentation packages
  • Updating of weekly sales trackers
  • Various document updates as required
  • Ensure electronic part files are keep up to date, this includes initial set up of file.
  • Maintain and update Computer filing system. This would include ensuring all computer documents, presentations, letters, updates, and other relateddocuments were filed in the proper location on the computer for future use. This would also include the continuous updating of new Customers or new areas as required.
  • May include managing house account (Customers) as needed.
  • Purchase order processing
  • Pricing confirmation and price entry into system
  • Data analysis
  • Calculation of raw material adjustments, foreign exchange updates and other pricing adjustments as required.


  • Experience in the manufacturing (metal stamping/fabrication) transportation industry preferred
  • OEM/Tier I experience would be an asset
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Data analysis


  • Post Secondary education in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
